There are lots of opportunities coming up for our players to continue to develop their skills outside of their regular games and practice times. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

Before and After School Skills Programs

If your team would like to have an instructor come to your practices in order to work on a specific skill area (ie. skating, shooting, passing / spearing, defense, etc..) please contact Debbie Frail, Director of Player Development, at debbie.steve@sympatico.ca, and we can coordinate this with the instructors from Excellence Ringuette, who partner with us in our player development.

The instructor will come to your practice to work on the pre-arranged skill, but coaches will still be required to go onto the ice to work with the instructor in order for the learning process to continue once the instructor has left. Coaches will also receive a practice plan complete with instructions for running and explaining the drills.
